Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating brokerage and activation of trading accounts of clients, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of the market
  • Responsible for Handling HNI Clients too
  • Coordinating with clients for their daily trades in equity/FNO
  • Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers.
  • Making confirmation of orders and trades done during the day to clients.
  • Advising clients research and information regarding the market condition.
  • Acquiring new clients through existing client referrals.
  • Activating inactive clients through regular follow-up.
  • Regularly following up with clients and handling their queries.
  • No false commitment to the clients.

Job Objective –

This position will be responsible for managing to fulfil the demands of Agri product trainings and team (Pan India) and ensure quality & efficient service with the values of company.

Job Description –

Product Education and Training Management

  • Planning, coordinating, managing and preparing of training modules and workshops for company Agri Products and to facilitate detailed strategic training based on the organizations goals
  • Managing monthly training calendars of Agri Trainers and sharing with reporting manager
  • Coordination with concerned ZSM/RSM & ASM for the Training and workshop requirements and schedule the plan accordingly
  • Travel to different locations in PAN India, to conduct Agri Product trainings in regional languages/ English as per the requirement
  • Resolving all queries related to Agricultural products during workshop & training and through Whatsapp/email/Phone

Customer Support

  • To create live or time-lapse demos in small agricultural patches
  • Analysing the problem and suggesting right products
  • Maintain Cordial Relationship with all Distributors & Leaders
  • Offer advice on how to make more fertile land with the help of Agri products and provide support to the clients with their progress

Reports

  • Maintain optimum Sales – Training Investment Ratio
  • Preparing the training balance/budget sheets of every training- to figure out the training ROI
  • Making sales analysis reports of Agri products to analyse the contribution of agree products in sales
  • Accurate & timely submission of training expenses and ticket sales details.

Technical/Functional Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of Agricultural products – Fertilizers (organic / inorganic), pesticides, insecticides etc. Need to stay updated on the latest Agri initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Should be well versed with MS Office suite (Ms Word, PowerPoint & excel)
  • Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month.
